THE PANDILLA

In middle of 2035, an economic crisis
shook the entire planet. Mexico, the most powerful country could not escape the
crisis. The State of Zacatecas suffered the biggest decline in its history in
terms of economy is concerned. The Governor of the State, the Lawyer Draco
Daayán decided to implement a contingency plan to eliminate the entire human
staff not to have with some degree or engineering or only as a carpenter.
Daayán was supplied all the robot-human personnel
trained in different trades and jobs that do not require college-ready.
Thousands of people were dismissed by the contingency plan, bakers, miners,
blacksmiths and many microentrepreneurs had to close their businesses on the
orders of the Governor.
However, the state security secretary, Luis Ugarte,
warned the Governor about a possible increase in crime due to lack of jobs, so
the Governor Daayán applied a curfew, in which, they strictly prohibited to all
those people who did not have degree, be in the streets after 9: 00 pm
The first three months all was quiet, but one day,
the forensic psychiatrist William Filio is found dead in the corner of the
Government Palace. the robots paramedics try as did, they could not revive the
Dr. Filio and robots police found no trace of the possible murderer.
The widow of Dr. Filio, Jennifer Guerrero, who is in
wheelchair due to a bad surgery, decides to find the murderer of her husband.
Every day, Ms. Guerrero invite several families where the parent is unemployed,
in order to find the right people to avenge the death of her husband.
One day, seven heads of family who attend the meal
begin to talk about the issue of unemployment and insecurity, which has
increased considerably since the professionals have the power in the state. All
comment on the potential solutions to the problem would also help to know some
professionals who only use their knowledge to defraud people.
Mrs. Guerrero decides to speak privately with
Fernando Calderón (Miner), Jorge Gamboa (BlackSmith), Alfredo Dueñas (Soldier),
Gisela Rueda (untitled Nurse), Emiliano Morales (Electrician), Luciano
Gutierrez (Baker) and Linda Cortés (Seamstress), providing the financial
support necessary for their family for the support they find the murderer of
her husband and help her to find the Dr. Nicholas Delgado.
Mrs. Guerrero is not professional, not a legal
person, but she is in charge of experimental laboratory of her husband and his
assistants robots, so what the unemployed people can create costumes, weapons
and vehicles in order to protect the State of Zacatecas, but , not as heroes
but as patriots.
Patriots who representing the trade that they once
played and they will use their tools as weapons against criminals who now are
professionals.
After the arduous physical, psychological and
intellectual training, Miner, Blacksmith, Soldier, Nurse, Electrician, Baker
and Seamstress are a Patriots group known as The Pandilla. Who will prove to
the literate and perverse minds, that the State of Zacatecas is not theirs.
After violating the curfew to test their weapons and
turbo vehicles, the Pandilla returns to their hiding place to begin research
about the death of Dr. Filio. Some robots guards are killed by the weapons of
The Pandilleros, which left a trail that the anthropologist Jonathan Solorzano
reviews and informs the Lawyer Ugarte.
In the hiding place (room decorated by Mrs. Filio
Guerrero at her residence), Mrs. Guerrero and The Pandilla to review Dr.
Filio's friends and their enemies. Which are a long list of names. Then Dr.
Filio was an excellent forensic psychiatrist whose research led to prison for
many criminals, and criminals professionals.
The enemies list appeared the name of Aldo Fortuny,
a molecular biologist who, according to research, developed the influenza virus
in the State of Zacatecas, killing hundreds. However, the biologist Fortuny
will have a trial may reach parole because his lawyer, who calls himself
Advogangster, managed to take his case to trial, and now, with Dr. Filio dead,
Fortuny go free.
Mrs. Guerrero shared with The Pandilla the forensic
report of Dr. Filio, where the cause of death was a shot from a laser gun in
the neck and another in the stomach, but, Ms. Guerrero argues that when she saw
the body of her husband he could not close his eyes, which means that someone
removed the corneas of the Doctor, plus a single forencis placed him in the
drawer when her husband weighed 85 kilos when he was alive, therefore, would
weigh more dead.
Blacksmith, Miner, Soldier and Seamstresses decide
to go to trial, while Nurse, Electrician and Baker directed the coroner to
review the body of Dr. Filio along with medical reports.
The Governor Daayán see a video where inside the
prison, the psychologist interview with biologist Fortuny, which cries sorry
for having caused so much illness and death. Mr. Ugarte asks the Governor
Daayán to pardon Fortuny, since he is very remorseful. However, Daayán says
that Fortuny should face the consequences of his actions.
In a secret lab, three men, dressed in tuxedos and
masks of Greek theater, color white, whose aliases include: Accountant,
Architect and Physical, producing a laser gun cartridge with waste found by
Anthropologist. Architect receives an Advogangster´s call informing, where this
one says to Architect that there is no forgiveness for Fortuny and should
continue with the plan, in addition to Accountant and Physical must have the
mentally driver ready.
In the coroner's office, Baker, and Electrician
destroy two robots guards while Nurse comes and checks the body of Dr. Filio,
where Nurse discovers that extracted all the internal organs from Dr. Filio,
except for his brain. Suddenly a Man dressed as a Doctor, but with white mask,
appears trying to attack Nurse, which her needle gun to shoot a tranquilizer
dart to the guy, which calls the police. Electrician and Baker take all virtual
medical records and with Nurse, they escape before the police arrive.
At trial, Aldo Fortuny is presented together with
his lawyer "Advogangster" to which, the judge ordered off the mask
and say his name because of the importance of the trial. Advogangster refuses
to obey, a guy dressed as a Scout with white mask shoots the judge, but the
shot bounced, Miner appears with his hammer and injuring the guy. Suddenly,
Physical and Architect are scaring people, but Soldier, Seamstress and
Blacksmith, using their weapons come to fight with the masked men, while Miner
puts the judge safe.
Miner tries to help his friends, but a shot throws
the hammer, which is taken by Accountant, who "shoot" to Fortuny with
the hammer´s cannon. Fortuny falls down badly wounded and the gunmen fled.
Advogangster tries to revive Fortuny but he is dead. The judge ordered the
arrest of The Pandilla, but they escape.
Ms. Guerrero sees on television the news about the
Biologist Fortuny assassination attempt by a Pandilla, which seriously wounded
the biologist. Also, the reporter talks about an assault on the morgue, where
Dr. Nicholas Delgado was injured. Ms. Guerrero is alarmed, because in her view,
Dr. Delgado was missing.
Ms. Guerrero recalled that after the car accident he
suffered, Dr. Delgado underwent surgery. However, Ms. Guerrero was able to
listen to during operation, a man outside the medical team ordered to Dr.
Delgado did not do his utmost. After surgery, Dr. Delgado told Mrs. Guerrero
and Dr. Filio that Ms. Dulce never walk again.
The Pandilla return their hideplace to reporting
what happened to Ms. Guerrero, at that time, television news gives the
biologist Fortuny's death, in addition to publishing the sketches of Miner,
Blacksmith, Soldier and Seamstress, who are wanted for State Police. Fernando,
Alfredo and Linda are upset because they are considered dangerous criminals,
but Ms. Guerrero and their colleagues continue to convince them, because if
they hide, the real criminals continue killing and stealing and no one can stop
them.
Nurse tells everyone that Dr. Filio had two laser
wounds in the neck and stomach, like said the forensic report, but these were
not bullet wounds, but were made by a laser cutter, which made such deep wounds
that anyone could take the bodies of Dr. Filio by these wounds. Ms. Guerrero
questions to Nurse, Electrician and Baker on the presence of Dr. Delgado at the
morgue, but all respond that the only doctor who was there wearing white mask
and tried to attack them. Nurse recalls that the Doctor had a tattoo on his
hand, a snake-shaped tattoo with wings of an eagle. Blacksmith, Seamstress and
Soldier remember that the three guys who appeared at the trial had the same
tattoo on his hand.
At the hospital, Fortuny wakes being seen by a Nurse
running to tell, but plastic Surgeon comes and kills the Nurse. Then Surgeon
injects Fortuny and takes him aboard a turbo-truck driven by Architect.
Fortuny awake watching a screen with millions of
logarithms and equations that pass ultra turbo speed in front of his eyes.
Physical, Plastic Surgeon and Accountant monitor the program successfully
complete mental control.
In the hideplace, Ms. Guerrero finds in the things of
her husband a Journal, which has the symbol on the cover of the serpent with
wings, along with the title "Order of the Nihilists"
In the main hall of a museum, the order of the
Nihilists greet their newest member, molecular biologist, to which he put his
mask and make him a tattoo on his hand. Advogangster, leader of the order,
ordering the manufacture of the deadly flu virus to begin the renovation in the
state of Zacatecas.
In the morgue, workers prepare the course body of
Fortuny, but The Pandilla arrives and discovers the fraud. Miner, Electrician
and Soldier interrogate employees while Blacksmith, Seamstress, Baker and Nurse
take the safety videos and blogs.
After examination and analysis of virtual video and
blogs, The Pandilla discovers that the Dr. Delgado is Plastic Surgeon, the guy
who tried to attack Nurse and who stole
the body of Fortuny along with his followers, members of the Nihilist Order .
Ms. Guerrero were shown at the Pandilla, that the Journal she found belongs to
Dr. Delgado, but her husband, Dr. Filio had to discover it, and read it, he
tried to do something, however, the order caused an accident that left Ms.
Guerrero in motorized wheelchair, which distracted the Dr. Filio, who was later
assassinated by the order.
The diary describes step by step how to develop the
swine influenza virus to have a deadly effect on humans, but also, in the last
few pages, Dr. Filio must have written how to create a vaccine. All sense that
the order ask to Fortuny to develop the virus to stop the most vulnerable
sector of the population, because according to the order, if the ones who
produce less are destroyed, they will have a better society.
In the operations center of the order, Molecular
Biologist, Plastic Surgeon and Physical develop influenza virus while
Accountant, Anthropologist and Architect made an electrical device.
The lawyer Ugarte asks the Governor Daayán to take
matters into relation to the Pandilla. As robots have destroyed many police and
are responsible for the death of Fortuny. Daayán offering a reward of $ 10, 000
to whom gives information about the whereabouts of The Pandilla. Seeing the
news on TV, Nurse and Seamstress decide to leave The Pandilla, as claiming to
be single mothers and they do not serve as anything to their children in
prison.
Ms. Guerrero asked to think things through, because
having been in the Pandilla and marked their lives. Gisela and Linda leave the
house of Ms. Guerrero being watched by the gardener of another home. The
remaining members of The Pandilla review the most marginalized of the State
trying to predict where Nihilist order release the virus.
Near the railroad tracks, several turbo-police
patrols driven by robots to monitor
compliance with the curfew. Suddenly, several missiles struck the patrol
turbo-destroying them. An armored turbo truck comes to scaring people who came
to see.
Physical, Anthropologist and Accountant prepare a
missile with influenza virus to shoot at people. A turbo-train passes at the
time delaying the shot. A turbo-military jeep arrives, Soldier fire a missile
explosive dumping the turbo truck.
Electrician, Blacksmith and Miner approach the
vehicle watching Physical, Accountant and Anthropologist wounded, and the
device with the missile.
Electrician uses his device to remove power to the
vehicle. However, He active a portable counter device that activates the
missile. Electrician, Miner and BlackSmith are back to the vehicle, while Baker
creates a giant tortilla to protect his friends. The missile explodes spreading
the virus around the turbo-truck where they are Physical, Accountant and
Anthropologist.
The biological police came and took Accountant,
Physical and anthropologist, who are sick with influenza. Everyone draws The
Pandilla as the people who prevented the spread of the virus. Advogangster.
Surgeon, Architect and Biologist bother to learn that Pandilla ruined their
plans and now people considered them heroes.
Governor Daayán withdrew the charges against The
Pandilla and order lock up in the hospital in the prison to Accountant,
Physical and Anthropologist, discovering their identities and the order to
which they belong. Advogangster believes that the order is in danger, so he
decides to put virtual ads in newspapers offering money in exchange for information
about the Pandilla.
In the hideplace, Ms. Guerrero congratulates The
Pandilla and asks them information about the order with influenza patients,
that the order will try to finish them to continue with their plans.
In the hospital in the prison, Francis Garza
(Physical), Pedro Coria (Accountant) and Jack Hernandez (Anthropologist) they
see that Dr. Filio visit them and he is demanding them his murder. All are very
sorry and they tell Dr. Filio that they caused the accident of his wife, Dr.
Delgado left her an invalid and was murdered on the orders of Advogangster, or
rather, the Lawyer Ugarte, who wants to make the state of Zacatecas, the best
in the Country , but for do it, they have to stop the dregs of society, and
only then, intellectuals govern and live happily in the state. Before Dr. Filio
goes, Jack reveals that Ugarte advises the Governor for he carries out his plans, but when He ceases to
obey Ugarte, Ugarte will kill the governor and He will take the power in the
state.
The Pandilla watches from afar the infected men,
they are controling the hologram of Dr. Filio.
The Governor arrives home to find a package of the
Pandilla, where he is a mini disc with the conversation between Filio and the
Nihilists.
Advogangster, Architect, Biologist, and Surgeon are
with the gardener, who tells them what he has seen in the Filio residence.
Linda Cortes (Seamstress), feeds his daughter, suddenly, Surgeon and Architect
enter into the house, submitted to Linda and her girl, demanding to Linda tell
them the exact location of The Pandilla's hideplace. Linda refuses and Surgeon
injectes the gilr with influenza virus, then Surgeon tells Linda that if she
want the antidote, she will give them to The Pandilla.
Gisela (Nurse) returns from shopping with his son,
both found the house very messy. Biologist and Abogangster appear removing the
child from Gisela. Advogangster proposes Gisela return the child if she
deliever The Pandilla.
Linda and Gisela arrives very annoying to the
hideplace by requiring the help for the girl heal and the child come back. At
that time, the Governor announced that a dinner will benefit the poorest in the
state, in the museum of masks. All suspect Advogangster try to kill the
Governor and the poorest.
Then, Ms. Guerrero tells Linda and Gisela that she
helps them, only that they must join The Pandilla again and she promised them
that they will recover themselves their children.
In the order, Biologist, Surgeon and Architect are
developing a device that hide under the chair of the Governor, as he seats, the
device sounds an electric shock so strong, that will paralyze the heart of the
Governor.
Linda communicates with Surgeon to inform him that
she shall tells him where is the hideplace, but he has to go with her alone and
bring the antidote. Surgeon agrees and accompanies Linda, who is using again
sewing clothes, to the hideplace.
In the hideplace, Seamstress amd Surgeon takes the
top floor of the house, after he gave her the antidote. There, Ms. Guerrero
appears and questions Surgeon for his attitude with her and her husband.
Surgeon removes his mask and tells Jennifer that everything he did was for his
country because he is a patriot. Anthropologist arrives attacking Seamstress
and Ms. Guerrero, but Soldier and Blacksmith appear and face Anthropologist.
Ms. Guerrero notes that Dr. Delgado wants to inject
the virus in Seamstress, who hurt his arm to Delgado, Ms. Guerrero was thrown
herself on Delgado and they both fall down out the window. Seamstress use their
thimbles to fasten to Ms. Guerrero, who drops to see how Delgado hit the floor
and die.
Soldier and Blacksmith undergo Anthropologist and
along with Seamstress carry him the museum.
Gisela takes to Miner, Electrician and Baker
handcuffed to agreed place. Biologist comes with the son of Gisela. However,
biologist berates Gisela has only three pandilleros, however, Gisela uses her
darts and her knife to hurt Biologist and get him away from her son, who is
pulled to safety by Baker. Miner and Electrician interrogate Biologist about
the attack the Governor getting the time and date.
In the museum of masks, the Governor receives the
poorest for dinner, Ugarte invites everyone to sit down at the table. Before
they all are seated, Electrician activate his device unusable, leaving the
other device and without electricity there. Baker appears and shoots jets of
dark chocolate to the Governor down him from his chair. Ugarte tries to help
the Governor and he discovers the tattoo of the Nihilists in Ugarte's hand.
Miner comes attacking Ugarte, who becomes Advogangster and attacks people who
are present, using them like a hostage to Miner and The Pandilla.
Advogangster shoots Miner knocking him, Miner gets
up and throws with his hammer Governor's chair to Abogangster, which strikes
him and activates the electrical device killing Advogangster. Everyone thanked
The Pandilla and the Governor apologizes to them and promises to change the
situation in the State, beginning with removing the curfew.
The police questiones Fortuny obtaining the location
of the order. Governor decides to sell all the possessions of the order and
give the money to the unemployed.
Ms. Guerrero and the Pandilla bury the
body of Dr. Filio. Ms. Guerrero is grateful for the help and tells them all
over. Miner, tells Ms. Guerrero when state needs them, they will come to their
rescue, they are not heroes, but patriots who take care of Zacatecas of its own
people.
