THE SEARCH MAN

(PART II) 

...Later, Ben makes a news article concerning field on the game of the Caciv County against the county Santa Ana. The County Santa Ana is gaining 1-2, Ben is disappointed of his team and stops commenting the game asking Peter who only films. Ben  leaves his microphone and begins to shout the players who demonstrate character and that they look for the tie.

Peter stops filming the game and films to Ben directing the team, because it is more interesting than what is happening in the field. Suddenly, Ben receives a call of his uncle Hall where this one informs to Ben the situation into his Grandfather. Ben asks Peter who finishes making the news article and is going immediately to see his Grandfather to the Hospital.

In the hospital, the Doctor informs to the family who the Grandfather had an infarct and that the probabilities that he survives are very few. The nurse informs the Doctor who the Grandfather have waked up and who want to speak with Ben. The Doctor and the nurse allow Ben  pass to speak with his Grandfather.

The Grandfather say to Ben that is proud of him and who hurts not to be able to see him prevail, also he asks to Ben  that never surrenders, that back leaves the fear and that fights to find the truth to the benefit of the society. The Grandfather die, Ben cries deeply, the Grandmother, the uncles Hall, Natalie and Luke enters the room, when seeing the Grandfather who have gone away, the Grandmother gives an infarct altering more the family and the Doctors.

Ben buri two Grandparents in company of his uncles, neighbors and his friends. Ben cannot think that he has remained only. Then, Ben remembers whatever was 10 years old and his parents died assassinated by a thief, who entered wing house of Ben  when he was in the school and his parents thought that he was a poor person, but when the father of Ben discovered the robbed money, the thief assassinated he along with his wife. When arriving at house, the kid Ben  found his parents deads. The thief left frees low guarantee, because he worked for a great industralist of Nova Corinthia, and Ben lost his parents.

Ben  is consoled by his friends, suddenly, Ben  observes that in the lake there is a excavation machine and a machine drill to remove petroleum, fact of disturbs to Ben.

That same night, Hall to Luke that remains with Ben, but also, Hall offers to Ben  the opportunity to go away to another State since he is a person who has undergone much and deserves better things. Nevertheless, Ben  says his uncle who must remain to conclude his studies and to begin a new work of investigation then something says that there are things that are happening in the County and nobody of the settlers has realized.

Roger Bronx invites Ben to observe the game of the Caciv County against the County Santa clara from the theater box of stars. Daleth, Kennen and Tana accompany to Ben in the theater box, while Jerry and Peter make the news article concerning field.

The party is very boring since the team of Caciv does not give one and the County Santa Clara gets tired to fail opportunities against goalfinish. Ben  does not know if to laugh or to cry while Roger Bronx observes serious the game arguing that will return to play more in 4 months. Ben decides to leave the theater box, when leaving, account occurs that the lake is being besieged by excavation machines machines and drills to extract petroleum. Ben asks Peter and Jerry who forgets the news article they and accompany him to the lake, since there, there are the more interesting news.

When arriving at the lake, Ben and his friends observe that the machine works to all their capacity, Ben is taken by the supervisor to car-tows, there the supervisor explains Ben that the machinery is there for decontaminating the lake of polluting agents. Ben does not believe anything than the Supervisor says him and he decides to go away along with his friends, which have photographies and a detailed description than is happening in the lake.

Ben, Daleth, Kennen, Peter, Jerry and Tana return of the lake. Way to house, Ben asks Jerry and Peter to release the photos that took and to select most descriptive and graphical. Then, Ben asks Tana that everything remembers what saw perfectly and describes it of written way. Finally, Ben, Kennen and Daleth go to the library, because there they will investigate since when knows that there is petroleum in Caciv, that found and those who informed it. Also they will investigate what political events have happened in Caciv and Nova Corinthia since then. The black car follows Ben , Kennen and Daleth to the library without they realize.

The Supervisor of the excavation work in the lake, calls to the Mayor and he informs to him what happened with Ben. The mayor asks the supervisor who continues working, he will be in charge of Ben.

Peter and Jerry publish the images that filmed in the lake, later they reveal the photos and they select most explicit. Tana compiles a detailed report of everything later what saw and makes a drawing by hand. In the library, Daleth looks for in the yearbooks of the county the antecedents of the places in which was long ago petroleum. Kennen finds articles related to oil wells in Nova Corinthia and the companies with which has worked to extract the crude one of the seas. Ben  finds in Internet several articles on contracts done by the Mayor of Caciv with companies of other states, which promise to increase the rate of uses, nevertheless, these companies are in charge to extract petroleum. Apart from which the contract took control of the aid of the richest industralist of Nova Corinthia; Charlie Delgado. Ben interchanges the information with Kennen and Daleth later calls to Tana so that she  records all the commercial spots that speaks on the petroleum of Caciv in channels 3 and 23.

The Governor eats in the garden of his house, suddenly, the Mayor of Caciv gets to see him and he tells the happened thing in the lake. The Governor bothers himself and he says to the Mayor that no longer can return back, that petroleum will go to the State of Corintia and that on will go to Colosia. The Governor asks the Mayor who uses his agitators so that all that one that wants to investigate more on the subject believes that there is people that support him and he dedicates himself to pronounce himself more than to take care to do something. Also, the agitators must secure the data of those people whom they look for to be on the awares to the society to be eliminated.

At night, Ben  and his friends, finish writing up the news, Kennen, Daleth and Tana goes away to their house, Jerry takes in their car. Peter informs to Ben  that a black car has been following them since they arrived from the capital. Even, this car was present in the funeral of his Grandparents. Peter offers to Ben to have left in his house until they find out that they look for the people of the car. Ben rejects the supply of Peter, since his Luke uncle will remain with Ben, now their Grandparents are not and Ben will not sleep until finding the information that takes him to the central point of the lake petroleum.

Peter returns to house, Ben observes the black car. Then, Ben  open an electronic mail that he saved in a disc when he investigated in the library. The message is brief, since to only it says to Ben that she saw him, that he has take care of because he has the eyes exceeds. Ben does not know the direction electronic and nickname only says “Littlebee”.

The Luke uncle arrives and he asks to Ben  that not be inloved with the people of Caciv, because his uncle Hall will give him as graduation gift a trip to the State of Cyan hoping that Ben decides to remain there.

Luke says Ben that deserves something better than there is past to him, but Ben answers his uncle who all the people of the Caciv County deserve to be treated like human beings and not like a marionette that does not deserve what has.

At the other day, Ben with the help of his friends distributes in the School of Journalism, a unit of the Newspaper that he himself has named “the Search man” with the news in first page “Disguised Lies” in which, Ben and his friends argue that the lake petroleum of Caciv was discovered for 8 years ago and that since then it was sold by the Mayor, who was reelected and by the then Governor to companies of the State of Colosia, which have decided to make use of the Caciv petroleum, since the petroleum on which counts in their State is about to be finished. It is why the Government of Nova Corinthia has used the television and the radius to make believe the people who the petroleum of Caciv will be used for benefit of the County and the State of Nova Corinthia when that is not true.

The edition of the Search man is practically run out, done that worries the team, because they thought to distribute the Newspaper in the central place of the County. Ben  requests support Maggie Delgado, that without doubting it, uses her influences so that the scholar press prints the units that Ben needs. Edzon, partner form school of Ben and his friends, that takes journalism more than 8 years studying, approach Jerry and environment offers him to join a group of people interested with him so that they are pronounced in the lake and they prevent that they are continued robbing petroleum. Jerry, when seeing Ben  and the others are very occupied, decides by his same one and accepts the supply of Edzon.

The owner of the press, calls Charlie Delgado and he informs him on the Search man and its news. Besides informing that Maggie, his daughter, support at that the Newspaper arrived at the hands of common people. That same afternoon, Ben and his work equimenmet distribute the Search man in the central place of the County doing to reflect the people who read it. Much people approach the boys and they does them questions on the source of intelligence of the news. After to clarify doubts and to explain the more clearly possible news, many people are united to Ben and others offer to sponsor his Newspaper so that he publishes the news every day.

One people of the black car, receives a unit of the Search man and he informs his contact on the news, the contact asks him that he enter more in the people group who follows Ben to know thorough more the problem and can to fulfill their mission...
