Tigran Bocanegra awakens in a hospital bed full of cables and with much pain throughout his body. Tigran not have the energy to say anything, and then the nurse Georgina Mendoza and Rebeca Becerril enter to see Tigran, who tries to recognize those faces, in addition to Tigran notes that there is a peregrine falcon that is outside his window. Georgina injects Tigran with a sedative and he sleeps recalling some of his past...

CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA, YEAR 2025...

The Clinical Psychologist Tigran Bocanegra comes to a job interview at Sanatorium "Juarez", where Dr. Adrian Cabrera, Forensic Psychologist and Director of the Sanatorium, tells Tigran that they work differently to any mental institution. For they seek the patient rather than wait to be brought. Even, they look for potential candidates to patients in correctional institutions and in places where scandalous crimes happen frequently.

Tigran says that he has nothing to lose, because he is single, without compromise and his family live in another town and they live well.

Dr. Cabrera gives Tigran his contract and immediately Cabrera takes Tigran with the team, first introducing to him, to Georgina Becerril, head of nurses at the sanatorium. Then, Dr. Cabrera presents Tigran with Dr. Violeta Gutierrez (Forensic Anthropologist), Luis Helguera (Reporter and Historian) and Roger Cordova (Scientific).

Cabrera shows Tigran his research center, an entire room of the hospital which has the best technology in the country in order to locate the most vicious criminals in the entire state and prevent the recurrence of so many deaths there in the past.

Luis provides Tigran the Rene Carrillo´s virtual file, who calls himself "Fireball" and who is a pyromaniac has caused severe fire not only in Chihuahua, but in several states in the country. Tigran, Dr. Cabrera, Luis and Roger come to see that Rene tries to escape to see the fire from afar, Tigran saves Anna taking her out of the flames, then Tigran causes for René approach and Dr. Cabrera, Luis, and Roger caught Rene. Firefighters arrive and extinguish the fire.

René is taken to Sanatorium "Juarez" to be part of a Dr. Cabrera rehabilitation program for mentally ill. Tigran is well received by the team and he appears excited to be working to improve his state...

Tigran wakes up again seeing that he only has oxygen and serum connected. Tigran observes window, a peregrine falcon arrives and stands outside his window. Georgina come to see Tigran saying him that the peregrine has continued to visit him since he is in bed, and to prevent other birds come to his window. Roger and Dr. Cabrera come close to Tigran in the bed seeing that he is greatly improved, but he has not to stop treatment. The team of Dr. Cabrera has been the arrest of Eliseo Flores, a guy with paranoia; he assaulted everybody who is put in front. Also Cuauhtémoc Cruz, better known as George, a schizophrenic who committed crimes without remembering, as well as to Senaido Guemes, a sadomasochistic brutally beat his three former wives. Only took two dangerous criminals, one calling herself Red Ant, a JGB dealer and the other is a kidnapper and white dealer whose nickname is Mala Mujer.

At the headquarters of the order of Santa Clara, Juan Carlos Vázquez Psychologist chairs the initiation of Mara Vega and Leslie Femat. In the Psychological Institute, Mara visit Rebecca to requesting information about the institute, Rebecca looking for information Mara and extracts all the confidential information from computel of Rebecca, who gives the information to Mara, which carries her weapon to attack Rebecca, but Tigran appears and manages to beat Mara, who flees the scene. Red Ant releases Mala Mujer, René / Fireball, Eliseo / Pray, Cuauhtemoc / George and Senaido / Kicker, and many other dangerous criminals.

Red Ant and Mala Mujer surrounding criminologists men discovering they are part of the Lodge of Mendieta. Mala Mujer orders to kill them all; Tigran and Rebecca arrive aboard a turbo-auto making to save their friends. However, Tigran decides to stay for the Santa Clara´s men attack him while his friends escape.

Rebecca takes the turbo-car to a safe place and then run back to the Sanatorium. Tigran is submitted by Fireball, Pray, George and Kicker, which led him to Mala Mujer and Red Ant, who shootes several times to Tigran with laser weapons. Before being executed, Mala Mujer is shot in a knee, they all observed Rebecca, who flees while some Santa Clara remain in Sanitarium.

Mala Mujer asks Red Ant that ignites the place with Tigran inside. Fireball starting the fire with Tigran inside. The Santa Clara´s men exit and they look at the sanatorium is consumed in flames. However, Rebecca and Dr. Cabrera and others Mendieta´s men managed to get Tigran, who is very hurt, before the building collapsed.

4 YEARS LATER...

Peregrine Falcon catch them and then he will goes, because like a Peregrine, he is never in one place, but in places where he is, he is always helpful.
